We can’t imagine a reason why you would want to, but if you wish to return a product or refuse delivery of a shipment, That Girl Wine Company will credit you less the cost of shipping in addition to a return and restocking fee in the amount of $40.
If you wish to have the shipment sent out again to the same or different address, applicable shipping rates will apply.
In the unlikely event that wine needs to be returned That Girl Wine Company, the company arranges to pick up the wine. Return arrangements are at the sole discretion of That Girl Wine Company and again, will be credited less any shipping costs and other applicable return and restocking fees.

We believe in our wine. While we can’t imagine anyone holding onto a bottle for more than 6 minutes before opening it, all wine sold by That Girl Wine Company is subject to the company quality guarantee for six (6) months from the date of purchase.
If any wine is damaged upon delivery or determined to be ‘icky’ (i.e. just not tasting right), the item(s) will be credited to the customer
These instances are handled by the Support Team at That Girl Wine Company on a case by case basis and are at the complete discretion of That Girl Wine Company. Refunds are at the sole discretion of That Girls Wine Company, but rest assured that we have your back and That Girl Wine Company will always work to make sure the fairest resolution is found for their Customers!
Once the order is submitted and received by That Girl Wine Company, as long as the order is free of compliance issues (insert legal jargon here), it will be forwarded to the warehouse for fulfillment and shipping. Most locations will receive their wine within a few business days, but due to outside or unforeseen factors, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. We would rather have you plan for the extra time and not need it rather than be disappointed that your wine hasn’t arrived for your big event, Friday night, Sunday on the couch, etc…
Your delivery will be made by either UPS or FedEx (depending on where your humble abode resides). Regardless of who is delivering it, they will require a signature and the package must be delivered to a location where someone over the age of 21 is available to accept the package. The licensed carrier will make 3 delivery attempts to deliver the package to the address on file to someone 21 or over. If changes to the original delivery location need to be made, additional fees may apply, and they cannot be guaranteed. We understand that you may be so excited about ordering our wine that you forgot about your upcoming vacation and the fact that you wouldn’t be home, but please do your best to ensure that the shipping address for the order is the best address for delivery and gives us the best chance at delivering your wine quickly and safely!
If, in the event, your package is returned as undeliverable, you will be credited upon receipt of the returned items less the original and return shipping cost. If you wish to have the shipment sent out again to the same or different address, applicable shipping rates will apply.
If in the event an item is returned, a return and restocking fee in the amount of $40.00 will be deducted from any refunded amount.
Similar to other popular stores, credit card refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process which solely depends on your banking institution.
Check refunds will usually be processed by That Girl Wine Company within 10 business days and then mailed via USPS.
